Alright guys, here we go! The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2019 is here and after countless hours of looking through it all and shopping it, I have my top picks in each category below! I am only showing you what I think are GOOD QUALITY items that you will actually wear in fall and winter. Some pieces you will be able to wear year round which is a major plus! Some of my favorite items I purchased were denim, booties, jackets, blazers and loungewear! Be sure to read my very favorites from each category!

Best of Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2019
Starting July 12th ALL Nordstrom cardholders can shop the sale. Public access starts July 19th!
CARDIGANS
There are several good cardigans from the sale like this soft leopard one (runs a little big), this color block one, this lightweight button front one I know I’ll wear a ton (runs big) and this Leith one I got in a chocolate brown but it comes in multiple colors (under $46)!
SWEATERS
Honestly wasn’t super blown away by any of the sweaters this year but I do love this Free People Tunic I plan on wearing as a dress. I sized up to a medium (I’m 5’5†and it is on the short side) but I plan on wearing it with leggings and skinny jeans too! Comes in tons of colors. This pink puffy sleeve sweater is great quality and I actually love this color of pink!
JACKETS
SHOES
Steve Madden Jillian Bootie – come in different colors/prints and SUPER comfortable! I got them in TAUPE and BLACK!
Vince Havana Bootie – these were definitely still a splurge and more than I would normally spend on shoes but they are SO PRETTY and I know will be worn all the time. I think the slit in the front is so flattering!
Marc Fisher Unique Bootie – if you need a dressier bootie these are beautiful and have a good heel!
Steve Madden Ankle Strap Sandals – come in 3 colors and are under $60! I think they’re comfortable!
DENIM
I am having a very hard time narrowing down which jeans I’m going to keep! All 8 of these are great quality and a great price during the sale. Some are under $50 and some are $100-$150. If you’re on the hunt for denim I would recommend ordering a couple of different pairs to try and just return whatever didn’t work out!
Sizing reference: I’m 5’5â€, normally size small, 26 in jeans and size small in hats
- BLANKNYC – wearing size 25 (size DOWN)
- Good American - wearing a 4/27 – they fit great but weirdly I got another pair of Good American in a size 2… I think the 2 would have fit me as well so I would recommend going with your NORMAL size!
- Madewell – wearing a 26 – TTS
- Something Navy – wearing a 26 – TTS
- Frame – wearing a 26 – TTS
- Good American - size 2/26 – LOVE the fit of these!
- Free People – wearing a 27 – runs a little small
- Topshop – wearing a 26 Petite – runs SMALL, size up. I went with the petite because the length is shorter and I prefer to have my jeans a little cropped rather than long!
LOUNGEWEAR
Wow, there is so much good loungewear/pajamas in the sale and I have a feeling it will sell out quick! My favorite might be this light blue Topshop sweatshirt and joggers (US 6) I know I’ll be living in but I also love all of the Something Navy mock neck sets (XS)!
BLAZERS
If you are in need of a blazer there are several good ones in the sale!! Kind of funny I quit my corporate job and now I buy all the blazers… but I really do think it is so chic to wear blazers with a tee and jeans in the fall! This 1.State burgundy one is gorgeous, love this yellow J.Crew one and this 1.State Plaid jacket is amazing.
BASICS
The usual basic v-neck tees are back for under $12 but my favorite is this tee from Something Navy. It’s a little thicker, softer and I like the neckline. I have it in white and am going to order in black! Under $16!
LEOPARD
There is lots of leopard in the sale and it’s all really cute! Just a heads up I think a lot of it will sell out quick.Â
BAREFOOT DREAMS
I used to think it was ridiculous to spend so much money on a cardigan or blanket… but now that I own one of each, I get it. They really are the softest things and if you know you’ll wear it a lot or use it to snuggle in every night, it’s worth it!

Obsessed with these 3 hats! Bought all three because I know I will wear them a ton throughout the year!

So many Zella leggings on sale that are a good price and great quality!
BEAUTY
I saw several beauty items I thought were great deals! Whether you’re looking for a new hairdryer (I use this T3 included in the sale), makeup palette, lipstick, moisturizer, or self tanner… you name it, it’s probably on sale! Also these are great silk pillowcases!
HOME
I will most likely share more home stuff in a few days when I’m able to look through it more but here are a few items I thought were cute and will probably buy a few for Christmas gifts!
MENS

BABY
I got a few cute pieces of clothing for Mila (this denim jacket, this corduroy jacket and these faux Moto leggings!) but I think the best sale items are the strollers, carseats and bows! We use the Babyzen Yoyo stroller DAILY and traveled with it. It’s so easy to break down and carry and it’s very lightweight. I even did a blog post on it you can READ HERE!

Any of the nsale jeans come in short or petite? It’s hard being 5’2″ 😩
Yes!! So the Topshop ones (number 8 in the denim section) I got in petite so they’re a lot shorter!! They run small so I had to squeeze into mine ha but they broke in good!

Hey girl! I’m normally a 7.5 or 8 and I got an 8! They are GORGEOUS booties and I love the little cut down the front – it’s really flattering! They are narrower near the toe but I would give them a try to see how you like them! Nordstrom is really good about returns so if they end up bothering you you can always return them!
