Boots with the (Faux) Fur

This season seems to be all about fur. What was once a sign of wealth and upper class is now a staple in most women’s winter wardrobe. This can be contributed to the fact that the majority of fur coats and vests created now are actually faux fur therefore making this luxurious and vintage item accessible to the masses. So lucky for all of us animal-loving, bargain shopping fashionistas out there, we can wear this trend proudly! A faux fur vest can be styled a multitude of ways. From making your cocktail dress ultra lavish to just adding the right touch of glam to a simple jeans and button-down shirt look, you will fall in love with the faux fur vest.

Today I went for a little bit more glam. To avoid looking too overly done up, I kept the entire outfit one color. The all black ensemble makes the vest pop and be the focus of the look. Another benefit of the faux fur vest? It’s comfortable! So many times women suffer to rock the latest trend but this is one you will love to embrace. It is an easy way to layer, keep you warm and feel cozy!
