Chic at Every Age: Versatile Lightweight Tunic -

Happy Friday! Although we just got back from vacation, I am so happy it’s the weekend! I had to take Mila into the doctor this morning (thankfully she’s ok, just a little cold she’ll hopefully get over soon) and then I had to head back up to the doctor this afternoon to get on antibiotics for my sinus infection. No fun but at least we have all weekend to hopefully lay around and take it easy!

I’m excited to finally share this versatile lightweight tunic me and the girls took pictures in a while back. I feel like this is one of those tops you may overlook when shopping but it’s one you can wear for SO MANY occasions. Keep in mind it is a little on the sheer side so you will need to wear a cami underneath. Or not if you want to show off your bra. No judgement here, you do you.

I am wearing the lightweight tunic with these linen tie-waist shorts that I absolutely love. As you can tell these are not short shorts. They cover your backside and then some and they are loose which I love. Definitely a chic pair of shorts if you ask me and ones that will always be in style. To keep the look simple and a little elevated I added a white pair of pumps but any sort of sandal (even flats) would look great too!

This lightweight tunic comes in ten (yes, TEN!) different colors and it’s currently on sale for under $28! Not only could you wear it casually with shorts or jeans but I think I will get the most wear out of it at work! This is the kind of blouse you can tuck in a skirt, slacks, layer under a dress, etc. I really mean it when I say this is a versatile tunic! Now that it’s on sale I’ll probably grab it in black (I can be boring like that at work but it’s so easy and matches everything!).
