Christmas Chex Mix Recipe + Decorating the Girls Pink Tree! -

My heart is bursting just a little bit seeing these two decked out for the holidays and decorating their pink tree together! Ok, maybe it’s mainly Mila doing the decorating, but Dylan was definitely trying. 🙂 We are in full holiday mode over here and while it brings an enormous amount of joy seeing the two of them experience this time of year, every mom knows it also can bring a ton of stress… from ordering gifts to hosting friends and family, it can get overwhelming at times which is a huge reason why I am such a fan of my Walmart+ membership!

You have heard me talk about it time and time again how it has saved me with last-minute grocery shopping and boy have I been using it a lot now that we’re in full blown holiday mode! Between Thanksgiving last week to Hanukkah starting and then I’ll be hosting Christmas Eve and a couple friends get togethers in between, it is A LOT! And that doesn’t even include all of the little things I’ll be doing with the girls! I have been making it a priority to have activities to do with them whether it be decorating Christmas cookies, building a gingerbread house, doing an art project, or decorating their own tree! My Walmart+ membership has helped me in every single one of these occasions so far and I’m so thankful for their unlimited free delivery!

My most recent Walmart+ order included all the ingredients needed to make this delicious Christmas Chex mix that Mila helped me with of course, along with some velvet ribbon, ornaments and a cute new set for mama! Not pictured is a couple of princess dolls I ordered for Mila to open on Christmas. To be able to have fresh groceries AND Christmas presents delivered at the same time has been HUGE! I always load my cart then reserve a time for the next day and love that I usually have a few hours to add any last-minute items I forgot too! I am always amazed how affordable their robes and pajamas are and think these would all make amazing gifts! The boucle sets are new, I have the fleece set in a couple of colors and love how plush the robe is! All under $15!!
