It’s going to be a fun week on the blog! I am going to have a new blog post up every single day this week that will either be holiday party outfit inspiration or a new gift guide! But enough giveaway talk, let’s chat about this incredible red one shoulder mini dress!
I have so many holiday party outfits to share with you over the next couple of weeks and this one shoulder mini dress is definitely a showstopper. If you have a holiday party or special occasion coming up that you may want to be a little extra for, this is your dress. It is chic with a little dose of sass. I love that it’s made of scuba material and has such pretty ruffle details. I am wearing a 4 in this dress and would probably size up. It’s a little on the short side (I’m 5’5″) but the additional material on the skirt keeps it classy!
I also wanted to make sure and share the lotion I’m wearing as well. It’s actually called a “skin finish”. Sounds fancy I know but this stuff seriously makes your skin look airbrushed! I usually put on regular lotion and then I put this Body Blur on. I am telling you it makes your skin look FLAWLESS! Definitely wash your hands after applying it and be extra careful if wearing white. It comes in a few different shades and you can buy it here.
I did also get a spray tan a couple of days before this shoot but the Body Blur stuff just takes it to another level! I really love this dress and took a ton of photos with my photographer Angie so here is some picture overload of this red one shoulder mini dress… 🙂

Which shade of Body Blur do you use?
I have both the Latte and Latte LIGHT. I normally use Latte Light but when I have a spray tan (like in these photos) I use Latte since it’s a little darker. I’ve also mixed the Body Blur with regular lotion in my hands and then applied so it’s more subtle as well (and helps use less product to make it last longer!). Hope that helps!
