Last weekend I got together with a few of my favorite blogger buddies for brunch at Proof and Pantry in the Dallas Arts District. It was an unusually warm and sunny day so mimosas on a patio was a must. We enjoyed everything from baked eggs served in a miniature cast iron skillet with cauliflower, ham, and gruyere ($12) to their pork belly benedict ($14) and Pantry burger with hand-cut fries ($9). The communal strawberry-infused tequila cocktail they brought out mid-meal didn’t hurt either. It was my first time drinking out of a porron and if you happen to follow me on snapchat (username: thefashionhour), you probably saw how it went down. Some of us struggled more than others (cough cough Jaclyn). I definitely recommend ordering one if dining with a group! Just don’t order it solo… might be kind of weird. Here’s a look at our meal…
Proof and Pantry serves brunch every Sunday from 11:30am-3:00pm. $4 fresh squeezed orange or grapefruit mimosas are a must! Proof and Pantry also has happy hour Monday-Friday from 4:00pm-7:00pm with $2 off all cocktails, wine by the glass, wells, and beer.

Lol! I really needed more time to prepare to gulp down tequila. I wasn’t ready! Haha
