Today’s outfit is a dress you can wear TWO ways. With the tie in the front or with the tie in the back. This striped tie waist dress is perfect to wear now and all through spring and summer. I prefer showing the tie off in the front! This dress is best worn with minimal accessories but the chilly weather allowed me to throw on these adorable heart tights with it!
