Summer Uniform in Spain

Greetings from Spain! In case you haven’t been following along via social media, or this is your first time visiting The Fashion Hour (if it is, welcome!), I am currently traveling in Spain! My husband and I have been nonstop walking around Madrid and now Barcelona. I am overwhelmed with how big and beautiful both cities are and can already tell I need more time here! We have already done so much that I can’t wait to share in a dedicated travel story that includes but is not limited to: visiting the Royal Palace, Sabatini Gardens, Basilica de San Francisco de Grande, drinking cava at 8am, seeing flamenco, a casino, gin and tonics the size of my head (and I have a very large head), multiple festivals, rose, a water show viewed from the top of a mountain, sangria, paella, the beach, Sagrada Familia, incredible architecture… there is so much I am leaving out but I feel very special I was able to be here to experience all of this on my birthday (August 15th). It was a day full of happiness and laughter all while exploring a beautiful country. I don’t think I can really ask for more than that. I have been lucky enough to spend my last few birthdays in incredible cities (25th in Tel Aviv, 26th in Vegas, 27 in Spain…), but most importantly surrounded by people who I love.Now as for this look- I know so many of you are preparing for Fall, but when it’s 105 degrees outside for a week straight, I just can’t bring myself to even think about sweaters. I am living in the moment (a very hot moment) and focusing on fashion that works in triple digit weather like this head to toe look from Forever 21. I truly think I could live in this outfit all summer long. I have been obsessed with anything in the color family of this tank top and am in love with the button front denim skirts we have been seeing everywhere. I could not believe I spotted this one hanging on the end of a rack in Forever 21 for under $20 in my size. Major score.
