Happy Monday! Today I am letting you in on a little secret about me.

I am not a morning person. As much as I would love to get up at the crack of dawn every day full of energy ready to attack my list of to-do’s and activities for the day, it just doesn’t happen. When I wake up in the morning I need a bit of time to drink a few (yes, few) cups of coffee to start functioning properly. You should also know when I shoot my outfit photos it typically takes place on the weekend early in the morning…

Why am I sharing this piece of information, you ask? Well, because I need to apologize to you. Due to my lack of functioning early in the morning last weekend, I put this tassel poncho on inside out. It wasn’t until later that afternoon out at lunch with my family that my mom asked, “is your shirt inside out?!” that I even noticed. *Major palm to face moment* To my defense, there is no tag on this poncho and it came in the mail inside out… but still, I’m an idiot.
