I have visited The Ranch multiple times over the last few years while living in Las Colinas. The restaurant is very large offering several options for inside seating but I prefer sitting in “The Porch”. This is the separate area that is not quite a patio but not quite covered that has its own bar and stage where local talent entertains most nights of the week. You will find this area PACKED during happy hour with businessmen and women enjoying a drink after work. Texas-inspired decor fills the restaurant and more importantly, the menu. While perusing the menu you will notice cocktails using local spirits like Titos, Deep Eddy, Dripping Springs and Z Tequila to name a few. Every sip you take and bite you eat is filled with ingredients from the lone star state that inspires their “Farm to Fork” menu. What’s the best part? Their happy hour is full of Texas drafts from breweries like Rahr & Sons, Revolver, and Real Ale for only $4.25. If you feel like something frozen, try their Frozen Texas Tea for $5 during happy hour. But beware, a few sips of this may knock you out as it includes vodka, gin, rum, tequila, orange liqueur, lemonade, Coca-Cola, and sangria swirl! Their fresh flatbreads are half price during happy hour and one is plenty for two people to share.
Happy Hour is Monday-Saturday from 4pm-7pm
1/2 price flatbreads
$4.25 Texas Drafts
$5.00 Texas Teas and Frozen Margaritas
$6.00 Select Red and White Wine
Cheers!
