I love finding pieces I can style multiple ways and this metallic skirt in today’s post is definitely one of those pieces! Two Ways to Style a Metallic Skirt
#1 Simple and Classic
“When all else fails, try styling it with a black turtleneck.” This is kind of a go-to thought for me (along with a white tee) and something I’ve worn with so many outfits. A fitted black turtleneck like this ribbed one is a staple in my closet and it was the perfect top for this metallic skirt. If it’s freezing where you live you could always add tights or a pair of boots!
#2 Fun and Festive
I love a good t-shirt and skirt combination and I went all out with this one. I like to wear casual, neutral pieces a lot but sometimes you just need to have fun with an outfit! I found this “very merry” tee for $10 and thought it would pair perfectly with the metallic skirt. I knotted my tee but you could tuck it in if you wanted as well. The waistband on the skirt is elastic so it’s fitted but still has stretch! To finish the outfit I added my favorite red booties, a pom beanie and colorful scarf for a very Christmas-y look!
