What’s My Bra Size?

Do you know your bra size? And if you know it, are you sure it’s right?

I’m not gonna lie, I have always struggled with nailing down what my bra size is. I’m pretty certain it’s changed at least ten times in the last two years. Between getting pregnant, breastfeeding, stopping breastfeeding and losing baby weight… you can imagine my cup size has been a little all over the place. I swear they went from larger than life to almost non-existent within months!

Whether you’ve had a baby or not, it’s very possible you’re wearing the wrong bra size. Industry experts claim that as many as 75% of women are wearing the wrong bra size… 75%! That is a lot of women who may not be feeling very comfortable daily due to the wrong fit. I know when my bra doesn’t feel quite right whether the cup is too big or the band is too tight, it can leave me feeling very self conscious. I personally feel like I have enough things to be self conscious about and my bra should not be one of them!

HOW IT WORKS:

Pretty amazing, right?! I definitely recommend popping into your local Soma store to try it out. You can also order online to have one of your own at home. This would have been SO beneficial for me to have the last two years. I knew I was wearing the wrong bra size on more than one occasion while pregnant and postpartum and I know if I could have easily checked it every few months I would have ordered better fitting bras.
