Seersucker Cranberry Moscow Mule Recipe

Cranberry Moscow Mule Recipe

We are 10 days away from Christmas which is both exciting and nerve-racking. Exciting because, well it’s Christmas and nerve-racking because I have not done ANY Christmas shopping! *gasp* I know. So bad. I may have been called a procrastinator a time or two in my life. So I might not have my gift situation figured out but I do have my cocktail situation together (surprise, surprise).

When we had our Christmas Pajama Party, Lynlee and I decided we would whip up a batch of festive cocktails to get us all in the holiday spirit (*emphasis on the spirit*). Lynlee enjoys a good cocktail just as much as I do and we both love our moscow mules. We thought it would be fun to put a Christmas spin on the classic copper mug cocktail and added a few simple ingredients. Check out our Cranberry Moscow Mule recipe below and let me know what you think!

Cranberry Moscow Mule

2 ounces Seersucker Gin

2 ounces Cranberry juice (we used a sparkling one from Trader Joe’s!)

4 ounces of ginger beer (we used Trader Joe’s ginger brew but any ginger beer will work!)

1 lime – 1/2 lime squeezed and thrown into mug, other wedge used for garnish

Handful of cranberries

Sprig of rosemary for garnish

Fill copper mug with ice. Add Seersucker Gin, squeeze lime into mug, add cranberry juice then fill remainder of mug with ginger beer. Toss in a few cranberries and a sprig of rosemary then add lime wedge to mug.

I loved how this Cranberry Moscow Mule recipe turned out using the Seersucker Gin and addition of cranberry juice! Like I mentioned in this pre-concert French 75 recipe post, Seersucker is very light and citrusy. Definitely a great spirit to incorporate into your cocktails and a must-have addition to your bar cart (seriously though, the cutest branding ever)!

Hope you enjoy and thanks for reading!
